What you can list
Houses, apartments, land and rooms; hotels and homestays; restaurants, cafés and shop space. For sale, for rent, or as a running business for sale.
Mapped to the neighborhood
Countries, regions and neighborhoods come from Overture Divisions boundaries. Every area has its own page with listings plus a directory of real businesses (hotels, restaurants, agents) from the open Overture Maps Places data, with phone numbers and websites where available.
How the "below average" badge works
We take the listing's price per m² and compare it with the median of similar listings in the same currency and neighborhood over 12 months (at least 4 listings), or the whole region (at least 6). Rooms are compared by monthly rent. Without enough data, no badge is shown.
Keeping the board clean
- Listings expire after 60 days unless renewed.
- Duplicate photos, copied text and suspiciously low prices are reviewed before going live.
- Each phone number has a daily posting limit.
